En tant que technicien service sur le terrain, vous faites partie de notre équipe de soutien et votre passion pour fournir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel contribue à notre haut niveau international de satisfaction de la clientèle. Agir comme répondant de première ligne à des clients sur site dans le territoire qui vous sera attribué vous permettra de communiquer de manière serviable et agréable, en vous concentrant sur de la bonne solution pour chaque client.

Vous communiquerez avec nos clients pour répondre à leurs questions et résoudre divers problèmes sur place (dont certains seront inhabituels), en sachant quand et à qui vous adresser pour obtenir de l'aide. Vous organiserez, trierez les problèmes des clients et en traiterez même certains avant qu'ils n'aient commencé. Quelle que soit la situation, votre formation vous permettra de fournir aux clients ce dont ils ont besoin quand ils en ont besoin. De plus, vous serez toujours à l'affût des mesures préventives que vous pouvez prendre, escaladerez les problèmes à vos supérieurs et agirez à titre d'ambassadeur de la marque NCR. Votre objectif est de garder nos clients entièrement rassurés et satisfaits, grâce à votre expertise technique et à une communication cohérente et constante.

VOUS ÊTES:
Excellent dans l'art de communiquer avec les clients (en maintenant des liens étroits, tout en gérant les problèmes avant qu'ils ne surgissent et en s'assurant que les clients ont ce dont ils ont besoin quand ils en ont besoin); mais nous savions que vous saviez déjà ça). Vous êtes
_particulièrement_ qualifié pour travailler sur les produits comme les guichets automatiques bancaires, les ordinateurs personnels et les systèmes de point de vente (PDV).

Vous avez déjà entendu ça quelque part (et vous trouvez ça passionnant)? Vous vous sentirez tout à fait à l'aise dans un poste de Technicien service sur le terrain représentant I (IC I) chez NCR. Dans ce poste de premier échelon, vous représenterez la marque NCR, vous résoudrez les problèmes à un niveau de module de base (unités remplaçables chez l'utilisateur), vous organiserez et planifierez efficacement votre temps, et vous saurez quand et vers qui vous tourner pour obtenir du soutien. Et au bout du compte, vous serez toujours prêt à appliquer vos compétences manuelles pour résoudre des problèmes techniques.

VOUS POUVEZ VOUS ATTENDRE À:

- Être responsable de l'installation, de l'entretien et de la réparation de base de l'équipement au sein d'un territoire assigné, tout en maintenant la confiance absolue et l'entière satisfaction des clients. (Conformément aux accords sur les niveaux de service convenus, bien entendu).
- Vous servir de vos compétences manuelles et travailler sur des produits tels que les guichets automatiques bancaires, des systèmes de point de vente (PDV), des kiosques et des postes de travail.
- Aider à la préparation du site, y compris l'installation du câble, la mise en œuvre et les essais simples de l'équipement.
- Être un gardien de tous les actifs NCR utilisés dans la prestation des services à la clientèle (c'est-à-dire les outils, les logiciels, les véhicules, la documentation et la propriété intellectuelle). Cela signifie que vous tiendrez des dossiers exemplaires et que vous maintiendrez des stocks de pièces appropriés.
- Effectuer la saisie des renseignements du client afin de nous permettre d'effectuer toute facturation et rester en contact avec celui-ci pour nous assurer de fournir le meilleur service possible.
