MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

  • As an agile leader, he/she provides an environment for personal and professional development and continuous learning for IT&Data Americas members through a combination of coaching, feedback, and mentoring.

Understands a wide range of Agile techniques, frameworks and ways of working and their potential evolution, overviews and promotes the skills roadmap-Manages a variety of workforce vendors, from sourcing to contracting.

Impact on Business Results

Contributes to deliver value by designing the right strategy around skills and talent needed in the organization.
