Missions

Dans le cadre de votre mission, vous êtes chargé des tests et de la qualité des solutions cloud Salesforce (# sales # cloud, service cloud, # pardot, # marketing cloud, CPQ, communities) destinées aux clients de l'entreprise. Pour cela, vous :

  • Préparez les procédures de tests
  • Exécutez les # tests
  • Réalisez les tests de régression
  • Réalisez la documentation des tests
  • Gérez les mises en production des projets clients
  • Contribuez à faire évoluer les bonnes pratiques et les processus de l'entreprise dans votre domaine

Requis

  • OBLIGATOIRE: Basé en # Algérie
  • OBLIGATOIRE: Pour réussir dans ce rôle, le bilinguisme (# Français et # Anglais) est essentiel en raison de la nature des activités, nécessitant des interactions avec certains partenaires/clients locaux, nationaux et internationaux.
  • OBLIGATOIRE: Diplômé en # Informatique, Génie informatique, Informatique de gestion ou équivalent
  • OBLIGATOIRE: Aptitudes avancées dans le lancement de produits logiciels/cloud de qualité dans les délais tout en gérant les risques
  • Grande expérience dans les meilleures pratiques de tests (# TDD, # BDD)
  • Expérience en # CRM, # ERP, transformation numérique est un plus.
  • Expérience avec la plateforme Salesforce serait un atout.
