About Our Opportunity

As the Workforce Metrics & Analytics Consultant reporting to the Manager, HR Analytics, you will collaborate across functions with program owners and service providers to fulfill their workforce reporting and analytics needs. Your role involves designing and constructing complex information models, dashboards, and reports to equip managers and Senior Leadership across Government with data-driven insights for decision-making.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Designing and administering surveys or measurement instruments for employee involvement, leadership effectiveness, and organizational review
  • Analyzing data sets to provide actionable intelligence, research on workforce demographics, and identifying opportunities for initiatives
  • Ensuring data security and privacy protection in all analytics developed
  • Building data models, conducting advanced analysis, and providing informative information for various users
  • Interpreting and analyzing complex data sets for actionable insights

Qualifications and Experience

Successful candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in statistics, applied mathematics, or economics. Key qualifications include command of survey methodology, data analysis skills, proficiency in MS Excel, experience with data visualization tools, strong quantitative skills, and effective communication abilities.

Competencies assessed during the interview process may include conceptual thinking, strategic orientation, outcome focus, initiative, and effective communication.

Equivalency
