Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer queries through email, chat, and social media
  • Provide assistance regarding product details, order status, and general questions
  • Troubleshoot and fix customer problems efficiently and professionally
  • Escalate complex issues to the right team members for solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Offer insights on customer trends and concerns to the Customer Support Manager
Requirements:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Have 1-2 years of background in customer service or online support
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Capability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
