Le titulaire aura comme mandat, en tant qu'Architecte des processus SAP Ressources Humaines et Paie, d'effectuer l'analyse des besoins du secteur de l'entreprise et de diriger l'évolution des solutions informatiques SAP afin de rencontrer les besoins selon les orientations stratégiques données par la direction des systèmes d'information de Metro. Être responsable du design SAP, de la configuration, du développement, des tests et des mises en production des applications entourant tous les processus SAP RH, paie et Temps, incluant la gestion du talent. Les processus de recrutement font aussi partie du périmètre d'intervention.
- Agir comme référence, et au besoin comme formateur, auprès des membres du centre de compétence SAP RH.
- Participer à l'intégration de SAP RH avec l'ensemble des autres logiciels applicatifs (Teams, Kronos et autres solutions RH et Temps).
- Réaliser l'analyse des besoins de l'évolution des progiciels en fonction des objectifs des clients internes.
- Effectuer et appliquer une veille constante des écarts entre les besoins spécifiques requis par le marché et les fonctionnalités offertes par nos solutions en assurant les communications avec les clients internes.
- Collaborer et assister aux activités d'architecture et d'analyse des solutions et s'assurer de maintenir à jour le dossier d'évolution des progiciels en collaboration avec les autres membres de l'équipe.
- Participer activement à des projets ad hoc ainsi qu'à des requêtes de changement jusqu'à la mise en production, y compris les tests d'acceptation des utilisateurs et le support suivant l'implantation.
- Être responsable de l'activité de contrôle de qualité des progiciels, soit par la coordination des activités, la préparation des plans de tests, la réalisation des essais, l'encadrement des participants et la validation des documents produits.
- Assurer un soutien aux différents secteurs de l'entreprise dans son domaine d'expertise pour l'utilisation et la configuration des produits et la production de rapports plus complexes.
- Participer à l'harmonisation des processus et des données de plusieurs systèmes en respectant les méthodes, normes, politiques et procédures en vigueur.
- Baccalauréat dans un domaine lié à la gestion des ressources humaines
- 7 à 10 ans d'expérience dans un rôle d'analyste d'affaire pour des processus de ressources humaines de SAP
- PA : données de base personnelle
PD-OM : gestion de la structure HR de l'entreprise
- Connaissance de la configuration d'un des modules SAP RH
- Connaissance dans l'intégration de SAP RH avec des écosystèmes connexes
- Bilinguisme en français et en anglais (travaux avec les équipes de l'Ontario)
- Forte maitrise de l'environnement Microsoft Office, surtout Excel
- Le titulaire devra se déplacer occasionnellement entre les différents sites de Metro (Laval, Montréal, Varennes, Ontario)
