The Company
Mainstreet Equity Corporation is a distinguished real estate company which is publicly traded on Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX).

Its business focus is on acquisition & upgrading of residential properties and managing its own portfolio of over 16,000 residential apartments in five major cities across Canada.


Key Duties and Responsibilities
General lawn care including planting, hedging, pruning, weeding, mowing, trimming, fertilizing, watering

Spring and fall clean-up

Pick up garbage, leaf removal

Clean up all gravels from parking lot

Paint parking lot lines, fences

Curb appeal maintenance

Make sure all machines and equipment are well maintained

Other relevant duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications and Requirements
Experience in landscaping / ground maintenance preferred but not required

Possess valid Class 5 driver license

Able to work outside in all weather

Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs

Able to use various tools
- snow blowers, landscaping equipment

Must successfully complete a security clearance

Must be able to communicate effectively and be able to follow direction

Must be able to work on own as well as in team and have good time management skills
