Expected Outcomes:

1.

New Customers:

a) Initiate contact with leads, respond to inquiries, and engage in effective communication to promote products or services.

b) Meet or exceed defined sales targets and quotas within the assigned territory or market segment in year one.

c) Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, track progress, and report on key performance metrics. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and deals in the CRM system; and

d) Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our infrastructure tools and their benefits to potential clients.

Existing Customers:

a) Identify opportunities to resell, cross-sell, and upsell products and services to existing customers.

b) Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

c) Act as a liaison between customers and our product development team. Gather and relay customer feedback, suggestions, and concerns to help improve our products; and

d) Identify potential partnerships and alliances that can expand our market reach and enhance our product offerings.

Become an Expert:

a) Attend relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and expand your network.

b) Keep up to date with industry regulations, standards, and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

c) Conduct research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and emerging opportunities in the water and underground construction sectors; and

d) Prepare regular sales reports, performance analysis, and insights to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales and business development with tooling & equipment sales or in the water, or infrastructure industries.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across North America.

  • Competitive base salary and commission structure.
