Reporting to the Board of Directors and overseeing a team of 20 staff, the CEO drives the organization's mission and vision through dynamic and strategic leadership. They are responsible for the operational management of the overall organization, including personnel management, financial oversight, program development, and implementing OASW's strategic plan. The CEO ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization in accordance with the policy decisions of the Board of Directors.

Relevant du conseil d'administration et supervisant une équipe de 20 personnes, le ou la chef de la direction est le moteur de la mission et de la vision de l'organisation grâce à un encadrement dynamique et stratégique. Il ou elle est responsable de la gestion opérationnelle de l'ensemble de l'organisation, y compris la gestion du personnel, la supervision financière, l'élaboration des programmes et la mise en œuvre du plan stratégique de l'ATTSO. Le ou la chef de la direction veille au bon déroulement des activités quotidiennes de l'organisation conformément aux décisions politiques du conseil d'administration.

Plusieurs années d'expérience en tant que cadre supérieur·e, acquise de préférence dans le secteur des organismes sans but lucratif, des soins de santé ou du secteur public; Une solide expérience des opérations, des finances et de la gestion des risques, associée à d'excellentes compétences en matière de communication et à des antécédents avérés dans la mise en œuvre de stratégies et de plans stratégiques; Une expérience directe et/ou une forte appréciation des relations gouvernementales, du travail avec les médias et de la prise de parole en public, ainsi qu'une forte orientation vers les services aux membres avec des publics externes et la capacité d'encadrer, de conseiller et de renforcer les capacités au sein des équipes internes; Empathie, compassion et engagement manifeste en faveur de la collaboration, du bien-être et du souci de tous et toutes sur le lieu de travail; La maîtrise de l'anglais et du français est un atout, avec une appréciation et un respect profonds des diverses langues parlées par les membres et la communauté de l'ATTSO, y compris les langues autochtones, et; Un·e travailleur·euse social·e inscrit·e titulaire d'un diplôme d'études supérieures dans le domaine, un doctorat étant considéré comme un atout.
