Requirements:

  • Must be 19 years of age or older
  • Valid G2/G license with access to their own vehicle. The driver will use their own vehicle for delivery initially. Subject to change.
  • Clear Criminal Background Check
  • CannSell Provincial Cannabis Certification
  • 12+ years of customers service experience in retail or hospitality
  • Previous experience in the cannabis industry is considered an asset
  • Ability to lift 530 lbs
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Must be a team player
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
  • Available to work flexible hours inclusive of evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities as a Budtender:

  • Welcome and assist all the customers that visit the store
  • Compliance with all legal and ethical standards when dealing with the customers, such as verifying the ID of anyone who appears under 25 years of age
  • Professionally handle all the complaints, concerns, inquiries, and feedback
  • Maintaining adequate stock levels on the sales floor
  • Effectively opening and closing the store as per operating hours and accurately completing all start and endofday procedures
  • Ensure the store is clean and tidy
  • Other retail duties as assigned

Responsibilities as a Driver:

  • Greet customers and check ID for 19+ years of age and for customer name verification
  • Verify and prepare orders in store
  • Loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers in a safe, and timely manner
  • Completing deliveries as instructed through training to ensure all customers are satisfied
  • Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and communicating complaints from clients to dispatch accurately
  • Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
  • Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
  • Maintaining compliance as it relates to the delivery process outlined in the training

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Salary:
$16.00 per hour
