Licensed Truck/Tractor Technicians will collaborate with the Service Coordinator, Tractor Technician/Mechanics, Trailer Technician/Mechanics, and Apprentices to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on the Bison fleet efficiently by identifying issues during inspections and recommending appropriate solutions.

Shift Schedules:
** *Pay rate can go up to $55 per hour. Compensation is experience-dependent.* This role is full-time and permanent, adhering to a Monday to Friday schedule. Preferred qualifications include:

  • Red Seal certification as a Heavy-Duty Truck/Tractor Technician
  • Experience in working with tractors and trailers as a Heavy Equipment Technician/Mechanic
  • Demonstrated diagnostic and time-management skills are crucial for success
  • Prior experience and qualifications for conducting Safeties are mandatory
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service to our Drivers
  • Supporting and guiding Apprentices during their training
  • Basic computer proficiency (for digital work order entry)
  • Capability to work independently
  • Valid BC Driver's License
