One of our clients is looking for a Demand Planner in Calgary, AB for their facility.

Job Duties

  • Take charge of advancing our demand planning infrastructure and procedures to enhance the precision of forecasts for Products/Brands and SKUs.
  • Collaborate with the sales and supply chain teams to enhance forecast accuracy.
  • Predict demand across all product platforms at various locations, facilitating informed decisions within the Supply Chain.
  • Develop and maintain weekly and monthly reports to support forecasting and strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct specialized analyses for unique ventures, new product rollouts, pivotal projects, and team requisites.

Qualifications

  • At least five (5) years of experience in supply chain or demand planning, showcasing adeptness in demand cycles and systems.
  • A background in Business, Supply Chain, or Operations Management from a post-secondary institution (or a blend of equivalent experience and education will be considered).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in statistical methods, forecasting techniques, and comprehension of their financial and operational ramifications.
  • Strong analytical acumen and outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
  • Proven capability to influence management, teams, and individuals.
