Job Title: Internal Consultants Manager at Invesco

Description: The Internal Consultants Manager is in charge of hiring, training, managing, and coaching a team of Regional Consultants (RC). You will work closely with sales management to set objectives aligned with business plans to increase sales, grow assets, and develop intermediary relationships with Financial Advisors nationwide.

Your Role:

  • Assist in executing channel client-centric plans
  • Collaborate with RA Team Lead to target strategic opportunities
  • Maintain relationships with business departments
  • Implement sales strategies based on market trends
  • Ensure RCs are well-trained and licensed
  • Provide guidance on skill development
  • Focus on coaching and training the RC team
  • Implement best practices and monitor compliance
  • Participate in training programs for the sales team
  • Stay updated on industry trends and compliance rules

Experience Required:

  • 3-5 years of sales management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • CSC and IFIC certifications preferred
  • Financial planning designation (CFP, RFP) a plus
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to set and implement strategy
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and marketing skills
