Barista - FARO

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers of FARO with their food and beverage orders, including specialty coffee
  • To be knowledgeable of all Hotel areas and activities and communicate and inspire both guest and staff engagement
  • Motivate and engage team members to consistently deliver the best possible service to guests.
  • Resolve guest concerns/issues efficiently and Courteously
  • Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a coffee shop or café an asset
  • Sincere customer focus and true appreciation for the guest experience.
  • Strong personal integrity with an innate desire to work in an ethical manner.
  • Knowledge of Victoria and surrounding areas an asset

Salary:
From $18.00 per hour
