Responsibilities:

  • Use hand tools to cut, shape, and smooth materials.
  • Use hand tools to remove excess materials.
  • Use machines to cut, shape, and smooth materials.
  • Use machines to remove excess materials.
  • Trim materials to required dimensions.
  • Fit together pieces of wood using nails or glue.
  • Measure and mark materials using a tape measure, markings, or other tools.
  • Read blueprints or technical drawings to determine dimensions and requirements.
  • Use a calculator to add and subtract decimal points when measuring and marking materials.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$25.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Experience:

- carpentry: 2 years (required)
