You would be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and successful execution of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Business Central for our clients.

This includes project planning, stakeholder management and implementation oversight.

As a trusted advisor, your combination of project management skills, technical knowledge, and an understanding of business processes, will provide you the foundation to meet clients' evolving needs.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation and support of ERP platforms ideally Microsoft Business Central.
  • Monitoring progress against scheduled timeframes throughout the implementation
  • Keeping management up to date on the project's progress throughout and escalating issues as appropriate with recommendations/ solutions.
  • Ensuring project deliverables are met as described in the Scope Document and project is within budget.
  • Demonstrating the understanding of EndtoEnd life cycle of an ERP Implementation Project
  • Manage and grow client relationships:
  • Secure role as the Primary Relationship Manager (PRM) with client
  • Ensure all customer relationships are "referenceable"
  • Cross sell addon products/upgrades to existing customers
  • Cross sell MNP Dev and IT products and services to existing customers
  • Communicate effectively and engage with customer
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Develop a thorough understanding of MNP's services, businesses, and industry
  • Raise awareness of MNP through discussions at community events including client and company sponsored functions
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes

Skills and Experience

  • Completion of a bachelor's degree in related field, preferably in computer science or engineering
  • Completion of additional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE II) is considered an asset
  • Completion of Microsoft MB200 Certification(s)
  • Minimum of 9 years of proven project management experience, both functional and implementation
  • Thorough understanding of the following:
  • ERP Platforms/Technology
  • Solid understanding of business process flows
  • Solid understanding of practical finance concepts from an ERP perspective
  • Knowledge of basic data concepts, Microsoft ISV addon modules, Power Platform and/or other thirdparty reporting tools
  • Solid technical background with understanding, or handson experience, in software development and web technologies
  • Background in business, management, budgeting and analysis
  • Thrive when planning projects and working with project teams
  • Some travel may be required
