We currently have a
Temporary Full-Time (Unit approx. Sept 2023) opportunity for a
Patient Care Coordinator in the
C5 Department at our
Bayview Campus.

**Hours of Work: Weekdays:
Days, 8 hrs. Flexibility may be required

Summary of Duties

Qualifications/Skills

  • Health care professional with five (5) years front line experience with trauma service patients
  • Must have recent C5 experience
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Experience working in a fastpaced environment; able to manage multiple demands and changing priorities
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families and coworkers
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Patient Centred Care approach and principles
  • Evidence of ability to work independently
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member
  • Demonstrated satisfactory job performance and attendance
