**Résumé**:
Nous recherchons un responsable du contrôle de la qualité expérimenté et soucieux du détail pour rejoindre notre entreprise de fabrication aérospatiale. En tant que responsable du contrôle de la qualité, vous serez chargé de superviser et de gérer tous les aspects des processus, procédures et normes de contrôle de la qualité afin de garantir le plus haut niveau de qualité des produits et la conformité aux réglementations industrielles. Votre expertise sera cruciale pour maintenir et améliorer notre réputation de fabricant aérospatial fiable et de confiance.

**Responsabilités**:

- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans et des stratégies de contrôle de la qualité afin de garantir la conformité avec les normes et les réglementations de l'industrie aérospatiale, ainsi qu'avec les exigences des clients.
- Superviser et diriger une équipe de techniciens et d'inspecteurs du contrôle de la qualité, en veillant à leur formation, à leur développement et au respect des normes de qualité établies.
- Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, y compris l'ingénierie, la production et l'approvisionnement, afin d'identifier et de résoudre les problèmes liés à la qualité et de mettre en œuvre des initiatives d'amélioration continue.
- Effectuer régulièrement des audits et des inspections des zones de production, des équipements et des procédures afin de garantir le respect des normes de qualité et des exigences réglementaires.
- Mener des enquêtes d'analyse des causes profondes et des actions correctives/préventives pour les non-conformités et les réclamations des clients et veiller à la mise en œuvre effective des actions correctives.
- Surveiller les indicateurs clés de performance (ICP) liés au contrôle de la qualité, analyser les tendances des données et produire des rapports pour l'examen et la prise de décision par la direction.
- Se tenir au courant des tendances de l'industrie, des avancées technologiques et des changements réglementaires liés au contrôle de la qualité dans la fabrication aérospatiale, et mettre en œuvre les mises à jour nécessaires du système de gestion de la qualité.
- Favoriser une culture de sensibilisation à la qualité, de responsabilisation et d'amélioration continue dans l'ensemble de l'organisation.
- Collaborer avec les fournisseurs et les clients pour établir et maintenir les exigences en matière de contrôle de la qualité et assurer une communication efficace et la résolution des problèmes liés à la qualité.

**Exigences**:

- Licence en ingénierie, en gestion de la qualité ou dans un domaine connexe. Une maîtrise est préférable.
- Solide connaissance des normes et réglementations de qualité de l'industrie aérospatiale, telles que AS9100, ISO 9001 et les exigences de la FAA.
- Solide compréhension des processus de fabrication, des techniques d'inspection et des méthodologies de contrôle de la qualité dans un environnement de fabrication aérospatiale.
- Expérience de la direction et de la gestion d'équipes de contrôle de la qualité, y compris la formation, la gestion des performances et le développement.
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décision, avec un grand souci du détail.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles pour collaborer efficacement avec les équipes internes, les clients et les fournisseurs.
- Proactif et motivé, il est capable de travailler de manière autonome et de hiérarchiser les tâches dans un environnement de production dynamique.
- Le titre de Certified Quality Manager (CQM) ou des certifications professionnelles similaires sont un atout.
