Manage collections process, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients
Assist the Senior Accountant in recording credit card transactions and maintaining accurate records
Assisting the Senior Accountant in managing AP inbox
Support ad hoc projects as assigned.
Assist with the month-end close process, including journal entries and reconciliations
Maintain reconciliation schedules for balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance

Gérer le processus de recouvrement, en assurant une communication efficace et opportune avec les clients.
Superviser la boîte de réception AR pour l'activité B2B de BetterHelp, en fournissant des réponses et des résolutions rapides aux demandes.
Assister le comptable senior dans l'enregistrement des transactions par carte de crédit et dans la tenue de registres précis.
Aider le comptable senior à gérer la boîte de réception des comptes fournisseurs.
Soutenir les projets ad hoc qui lui sont confiés.
Tenir à jour les tableaux de réconciliation pour les comptes du bilan afin d'en assurer l'exactitude et la conformité.

Vous ne serez PAS bloqué par la politique de bureau, les egos ou les mauvaises attitudes. 2-3 years of experience in accounting
~ Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations.
~ Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
~ Proficiency with Google Drive, Google Sheet, Excel
~ Proficiency in English and French and in MS Office.
