Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Grocery Associate to join our team.

As a Grocery Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the shelves are stocked and organized.

This is a fast-paced environment that requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

Duties:

  • Greet customers and assist them in finding products
  • Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure proper product placement
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
  • Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
  • Conduct product demonstrations to promote sales
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in cash handling and cashiering preferred
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of retail sales principles and techniques
  • Ability to conduct product demos effectively
  • Bilingual skills (preferred)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
