YOUR ROLE

As a valuable member of our team, you'll be supporting your strategist in crafting original and cutting-edge media strategies. Acting as a liaison between clients, business partners, and our expert teams, you'll be instrumental in designing multimedia campaigns that drive our clients towards their business goals.

Never on your own, you'll have the wealth of knowledge from your 250 colleagues at your disposal. Working closely with your strategist and group supervisor, you'll collaborate to deliver top-notch media products.

Your Arena

  • With a diverse client base spanning various industries across national, local, and global markets, including big names like BRP, VIA Rail, Quebec Milk Producers, and more.
  • You'll manage client portfolios entailing significant financial investments.

DAY-TO-DAY, you'll:

  • Oversee projects, ensuring timely delivery (material tracking, campaign coordination, internal and external communications, and more).
  • Handle purchase authorizations and contract management.
  • Contribute to budget control, updating client budgets and reconciling invoices.
  • Support your strategist's strategic ideation process and conduct campaign-related research diligently.
  • Maintain financial accuracy and deliver error-free outputs.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics to provide valuable insights to clients.

IF YOU HAVE, WE WANT TO MEET YOU:

  • A post-secondary degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • A passion for media with a deep curiosity for the industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a keen interest in teamwork.
  • The ability to adapt to change and manage unforeseen challenges.
  • Proven capability to handle multiple projects concurrently and generate innovative ideas.
  • A meticulous approach and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.
