TutorBright is hiring a Bilingual (French) Student Success Coach/Director of Education.

This position allows you to get to know the students and their goals on both a personal and academic level before they begin working with their tutor As an SSC, you are KEY in ensuring each student's progress and ultimate success with their tutor and or program.

Furthermore, this is a position that will help you towards reaching your career goals.

As an SSC/DOE with TutorBright you will learn professionalism, integrity, improve your communication skills drastically and you will learn other meaningful skills to further your eligibility in future career opportunities.

Some aspects of the position include:

• Performing online academic assessments virtually using the TutorBright Classroom from our office or your home (once fully trained)
• Communicating student abilities, current level of academic assessment, goals and parent goals, expectations and other key information in written format to the tutor to establish a strong foundation to make progress with the student
• Creating individualized academic programs for students
• Matching the student to the best fit possible tutormentor
• Creating strategies and documenting key areas for improvement to be made with tutor
• Setting the student and tutor up for success
• Providing excellent customer service to our parents, students and tutormentors

Qualifications:

• Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and French
• Be highly organized
• Confident and professional
• Second year of university or higher
• Have tutoring and mentorship experience
• Own a computer and cell phone

Additional requirements:

• Evenings/Weekends (must be available for a minimum of 23 weekday evening shifts + 1 weekend day

hours per week

• Training must be completed inperson at our office (104 Fort Whyte Way #108, Oak Bluff, MB R4G 0B1)
• A minimum 1 year commitment

Pay:

• Training hourly rate $15/hour
• Position: $16.00/hour
