Food Production Worker

We have opportunities Monday to Friday for Night Shift from 4:00pm to 12:30am. Starting rate is $17/hr

Please note that
_transportation is required_ as we are not on a bus route.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Able to perform physical tasks that require frequent lifting up to 25lbs, bending and twisting
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend English

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assembly linestyle environment, performing repetitive work in a fastpaced production environment
  • Assist in preparing lines for production (moving tables, conveyors, boxes)
  • Packing products by weight or piece requirements as directed by Supervisors
  • Assembling / taping boxes as required
  • Working with different machines during packaging of product. (Bagging machine, metal detector, Sealers)
  • Ensure that proper weighing and labelling of product is done as per company specifications.
  • Ensures SQF/HACCP policies and procedures are strictly adhered to, and any deficiencies are corrected upon discovery.
  • Perform all tasks within the Company's safety standards
  • Other duties as required
