**Ventes et service à la clientèle**
- Connaître et réaliser votre plan de vente quotidien, hebdomadaire, mensuel et annuel ainsi que celui du magasin.
- Démontrer une connaissance et une compréhension des différentes techniques de vente, telles que la vente croisée, et l'ajout afin de stimuler vos ventes et vos KPI.
- Démontrer des compétences de vente pour développer activement de nouveaux clients et développer davantage les relations avec les clients existants
- Démontrer des comportements qui reflètent les principes et la culture de l'entreprise.
- Gérer la base de données des clients individuels conformément aux normes et générer des ventes en utilisant le carnet de clients par le biais de rendez-vous et de correspondance quotidienne avec les clients
- Démontrer une solide connaissance des produits; tient à jour dans toutes les marques bio et esthétiques, et les tendances de la mode
- Démontrer un degré élevé de professionnalisme dans la communication, l'attitude et le travail d'équipe avec les clients, les pairs et l'équipe de direction
- Démontrer une étiquette appropriée lors de la communication avec les clients internes et externes (c'est-à-dire en personne, par téléphone, par courrier électronique et par écrit), les retours, les réparations et les modifications

- Maintenir les normes de propreté et d'organisation
- Contribuer et soutenir activement les activités de non-vente et les initiatives de prévention des pertes.
- Réapprovisionner les stocks et maintenir des normes élevées de marchandise et de présentation des produits
