Experience in some or all of the below responsibilities would an asset:

• Interviewing individuals who are struggling with financial difficulty and supporting them through education and empowerment to move from financial distress to financial success
• Successfully following up with potentials
• Have a detailed knowledge in bankruptcy and proposal administration
• Experienced in referencing the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act when faced with questions in administration
• Are a qualified counsellor pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act;
• Understand the payment rules and requirements for consumer proposals and Division I Proposals and manage payment arrears and changes
• Negotiations with creditors regarding consumer and division I proposals
• Reviewing legal documentation for accuracy
• Working knowledge of Hubspot and Ascend

Completion of the Insolvency Administrator's course is not necessary but definitely an asset to the position. Compensation is competitive with a benefits package with an opportunity to grow.

Pay:
$21.00-$29.06 per hour
