Responsibilities
The selected candidate for this MIG welder role will perform the following tasks:

-on site installation of structural steel and misc. metals
-perform pick up and deliveries of materials from supplier and customers
-perform SMAW and GMAW welding
-perform shop fabrication of materials

Qualifications

  • CWB ticket is ideal but not required
-extensive experience with MIG welding processes
-3-5 years' experience working with structural steel and misc. metals an asset
-previous shop fabrication experience
-proven experience working with drills, saws, grinders, forklifts and aerial lifts
-ability to work in various job environments - interior and exterior
-great communication skills
-valid Ontario Drivers License
-willing to work offsite welding structural steel
