Qualifications for Project Manager role**:

-
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or similar discipline
-
Experience managing a team of 4-10 members
-
The ability to work with customers to develop and manage an implementation plan
-
Excellent people and client management skills; ability to motivate, mentor, coach, and lead projects
-
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Additional Assets:

-
PMP or other project management related certification
-
NetSuite
implementation, upgrade, and support experience

  • Extensive
    business process experience is a strong asset
  • Knowledge of
    Wrike software is an asset.

Essential Duties for Project Manager role**:

  • Your main duty would be to
    manage several key client projects** simultaneously, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and overseeing all aspects of the projects
  • Plan, manage and
    communicate the progress of the project:
  • Ability to
    achieve project milestones** in an appropriate timeframe
  • Create and
    manage project schedules, organize activities, set up a sequence of execution, and identify dependencies and resource requirements
  • Manage
    project budgets:
  • Schedule and
    manage resources throughout project life cycles

Assure that all aspects of
the project are progressing appropriately:


  • Perform risk management to minimize any project risks.
  • Manage and
    maintain relationships with clients:
  • Effectively follow up with consultants on assigned tasks.
