Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a lead and is responsible for the overall management of the entire project lifecycle
  • Procures and ensures project execution, and deploys project management best practices in an Agile development structure.
  • Oversees the standards and operational plans that will have an impact on the project timelines and functional results
  • Partners with technology and product leaders to develop and implement a solid process foundation for the new business unit
  • Determines best practices that reflect an Agile Development model, enables progress with diverse stakeholders, and manages/adapts to changes in business objectives
  • Responsible for communicating to senior leadership on the overall project status and individual segments of work.
  • Responsible for delivering results by measuring and monitoring performance using metrics, value, and cost.
  • Establishes methods and processes for governance and aligning projects with business priorities
  • Ensures governance and operational process and procedures are implemented consistently across team initiatives
  • Designs and documents onboarding structure and stakeholder frameworks for each initiative
  • Strengthen team relationships and create alignment by significantly removing key obstacles identified by business
  • Establish a culture of delivering impact through ongoing learning and crossfunctional collaboration
  • Responsible for implementing project management practices, and adopting common tools, processes, and training.
  • Continually evaluates portfolio progress versus plan as well as benefit.
  • Engages stakeholders (internal and external parties) and facilitates practical solutions.
  • Supports commercial organizations to track, and controlling the development and deployment of annual operating and capital budgets;
  • Assists various stakeholder leads in optimizing critical paths
  • Anticipates, manages, and raises appropriate visibility to risks and issues
  • Ensures adequate and timely reporting of the status of all active and scheduled projects and key performance indicators per established governance and reporting procedures or ad hoc as required
  • Generates and presents periodic management reports to appropriate committees and provides recommendations as to organizational changes or issues related to strategy by leveraging the project

Education and experience requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecom/Electronic Engineering or related field or in Marketing 5+ years experience in commercial operations or Business development of large TELCO
  • Experience with SaaSbased operating systems
  • PMP certification
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence

Additional Qualifications:

  • Effective communication with teams, across teams, and with management
  • Strong ability in conducting analysis, financial planning, and sales and product development
  • A detailed understanding of the Telco value chain, sourcing models, as well as business processes, is a definite asset.
  • Bases recommendations and decisions on facts.
  • Recognized master in professional discipline
