Role Overview

  • Responsible for day-to-day development activities, including writing code.
  • Participates in regular peer code reviews for high-quality outcomes.
  • Interfaces with QA and Client testing teams during UAT.
  • Creates documentation for configurations performed in each sprint.
  • Provides technical suggestions and alternative solutions to meet business challenges.
  • Assists in compiling client deliverables and proposals.
  • Maintains ServiceNow certifications and achieves additional certifications as required.

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer across multiple modules.
  • Skills in integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and business process mapping software like Visio.
  • 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow programming, configuring complex integrations, and Service Portals.
  • Hands-on experience in meeting client requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

Working Arrangements
