**Quelles sont vos contributions envers l'équipe?**:

- Fournir au département de planification les différents requis pour l'exécution des travaux prévus (pièces, requis de main d'œuvre, documentation, etc.).
- Mettre en place des programmes de maintenance préventive et prédictive.
- Faire des analyses de pannes à l'aide d'outil, ainsi que l'élaboration et la mise en place des solutions.
- Effectuer un suivi sur les équipements prioritaires (coûts, disponibilités, correctifs, plan quinquennal)
- Identifier les points à améliorer dans votre secteur de machines et les mettre en place.
- Identifier de nouvelles technologies et vérifier leur applicabilité.
- Participer activement aux initiatives d'amélioration continue.
- Solutionner les problèmes d'approvisionnement de pièces
- Agir à titre de leader lors d'interventions critiques.
- Représenter le département maintenance lors de projets d'acquisition d'équipements.

**Comment vous épanouir dans ce rôle?**:

- Vous possédez un Baccalauréat en génie (Production Automatisée, Mécanique ou Électrique) et/ou un DEC, jumelé à minimum cinq années d'expérience pertinente.
- Vous avez le sens de l'organisation, êtes reconnu pour votre leadership et avez démontré la capacité à mobiliser des équipes de travail variées.
- Vous avez la capacité à travailler sous pression, à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément et à respecter vos engagements.
- Vous avez des aptitudes pour les communications à l'oral et à l'écrit en français et anglais.
- Vous possédez de forte aptitude organisationnelle et la facilité à synthétiser et vulgariser l'information.
- Vous avez une expérience de travail dans un service de la maintenance (atout)
