Our Anjou division is looking for an operator to join their team. We are seeking qualified, responsible, and reliable candidates to support our organization.

As one of the leading Canadian providers of essential environmental and industrial services for industrial, commercial, and institutional clients, particularly in the municipal sector and industries such as manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, pulp and paper, refining, petrochemicals, transportation, and utilities, we offer our employees a dynamic and stimulating work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Processing residual materials using specialized technology and equipment following GFL's operational procedures;
• Adhering to and complying with company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and personal protective equipment requirements;
• Ensuring all equipment and systems are operated to GFL standards;
• Ensuring required documents are readable, accurate, and completed in a timely manner;
• Adhering to safety rules and safe work practices;
• Working independently, efficiently performing daily tasks with minimal supervision;
• Performing mechanical repairs and maintenance on certain equipment;
• Any other assigned tasks.

• High school diploma;
• Asset – Bilingualism;
• Requirement - Holding a valid driver's license (Asset - Class 1 driver's license);
• Ability to interact with people, customer service skills;
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods (1 to 3 weeks).
