Electromechanic

We're looking for an electromechanic for our night shift.

This person will have the opportunity to occupy a permanent position as soon as hired, and to develop professionally within KDC.

Schedule: 12-hour night shift - 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Location : 315 Knowlton Rd, Knowlton, Québec J0E 1V0, Canada

Ectromechanics occupy a special place at KDC.

They play a key role in maintaining and improving the electromechanical systems essential to the smooth operation of the company's many machines.

Responsibilities
As an electromechanic, your tasks will be:

• Work closely with the improvement technician and process engineer to make production equipment more reliable;
• Ensure that all equipment is mechanically and electrically safe;
• Provide technical support to lines during production, corrective maintenance, repairs and changeovers;
• Identify recurring problems to communicate them and find solutions as a team;
• Participate in the continuous improvement of your area;
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and health and safety standards.

Qualifications

Electromechanics must have:

• DEP Electromechanics of automated systems or industrial mechanics
• Ability to solve complex problems
• Sense of urgency and ability to manage priorities
• Team player and good communicator
• Bilingual (French and English)
