About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Scheduling Operations Manager, the Scheduling Advisor collaborates with the Assistant Manager to support the scheduling team, ensuring coverage of duties. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining an integrated approach to troubleshooting and escalation of scheduling and system-related activities. The role involves providing scheduling leadership and advice to advance priorities, ensuring the scheduling needs are met. The Scheduling Operations Advisor serves as the main point of contact for compliance and alignment with relevant legislation, regulations, policies, and strategic objectives. Additionally, the Advisor maintains data and business process quality, participating in continuous improvement efforts.

About You

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of post-secondary degree/diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Relevant certification in scheduling or business enterprise information systems preferred
  • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) preferred
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in scheduling operations
  • Demonstrated planning, organizing, and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with good judgment
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and development
  • Exemplary work history
  • Physical capabilities to perform duties
  • Competencies in other languages an asset
Hours
  • Permanent Full-Time (100%) position, 75 Hours Bi-Weekly
Compensation and Incentives

$29.91- $37.38 Hourly
