  • High School education required
  • Experience in a food manufacturing and/or packaging environment.
  • Medium lifter
  • Ability to work safely, follow procedures and best practices.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing.
  • Appreciation for food safety.
  • Able to work in hot, noisy, and physically demanding work environment.
  • Ability to drive a tractor safely and effectively
  • Ability to follow a continental schedule
