Company Description
Fiji Water operates a top-notch facility at Yaqara, producing bottled water with cutting-edge equipment. They are currently seeking qualified individuals to fill open positions.
Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing production performance, from creating pallets of bottled water to ensuring product quality and process adherence
- Manage production plan, set goals, train and develop team members to meet targets
- Lead continuous improvement efforts, control waste, and optimize line performance
- Develop a skilled workforce capable of handling various tasks effectively
- Build a strong team focused on operational excellence and goal achievement
- Support quality and environmental initiatives within the organization
- Analyze production outcomes to identify areas for improvement
- Promote a culture of health and safety to prevent incidents
Qualifications
- Minimum education required: Form 6 level
- Trade Diploma in manufacturing or 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing/operations leadership role, preferably in bottling or similar industry
- Proficiency in Lean problem-solving tools
