IntroductionWe are seeking a talented bilingual sales professional with over 5 years of experience in the food industry for our client, a leading seller of premium grass-fed meats.

Under the supervision of the Vice President of Sales, in Canada, the Senior Sales Representative is tasked with overseeing and expanding retail sales, wholesale, and food services for our client in the Food industry.

This pivotal role necessitates close collaboration with the Canadian Sales, Marketing, and meat processing operations teams to achieve shareholder expectations in terms of growth, returns, customer service, and upholding company values.


Responsibilities:
Create customer-specific retail and wholesale sales business plans in line with organizational objectives.
Assist in planning, developing, and distributing promotional and sales materials.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with major retail, wholesale, and food service customers.
Monitor inventory levels at storage centers and ensure proper product rotation.
Prepare monthly territory reports, analyzing customer products and market activity.

RequirementsFluency in both English and FrenchMinimum of 5 years in retail, wholesale, and food services sales with a focus on developing and implementing sales and strategy.

Customer-centric focus, willing to work in the office Monday to Friday, with flexibility for travel to meet customers or visit stores or warehouses.
