  • Advise clients of their legal rights and all matters related to law
  • Draw up legal documents and prepare statements of legal opinion
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
  • Supervise professional, paralegal and support staff and articling students
  • Research legal precedents and gather evidence
  • Write and edit for legal publications
