Faisant partie d'un groupe sélect d'écoles détentrices des prestigieux agréments AACSB International (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) et EQUIS (European Foundation for Management Development) en plus d'être membre signataire de l'initiative PRME (Principles for Responsible Management Education) du Pacte mondial des Nations Unies, FSA ULaval est une faculté de gestion qui attire et forme l'élite du monde des affaires.
Description du poste
Enseigner aux trois cycles en systèmes d'information;
Effectuer des recherches en systèmes d'information ou dans tout autre domaine complémentaire;
Diriger des travaux de recherche de personnes étudiantes inscrites au 2e ou 3e cycle (thèses de doctorat, mémoires et essais de maîtrise) et participer à des activités de formation continue;
Contribuer à la vie départementale, facultaire et universitaire;
Développer des liens avec les milieux pratiques et académiques.
Critères de sélection
Montrer un excellent dossier de publications ou un grand potentiel de publications.
Être en mesure d'enseigner dans les domaines mis de l'avant par le département de SIO, dont les domaines de l'intelligence d'affaires et de l'analytique des données d'affaires.
Démontrer des intérêts de recherche compatibles avec ceux du Département de systèmes d'information organisationnels (SIO). Des intérêts de recherche dans le domaine de l'intelligence et de l'analytique d'affaires seront considérés un atout.
Démontrer, lors d'une présentation de ses travaux aux membres du département, sa capacité de transmettre le résultat de ses recherches de façon efficace et d'en expliquer la portée scientifique et la contribution à la gestion des organisations.
Démontrer les capacités à développer des liens avec les milieux pratiques et académiques.
Démontrer sa capacité de transmettre de façon pédagogique un enseignement de qualité dans son domaine de spécialité.
Avoir des aptitudes à enseigner des cours en français à court terme.
Avoir une connaissance des disciplines en sciences de l'administration.
Démontrer une capacité d'obtenir du financement en recherche.
