MUFG Investor Services IT team is looking for a skilled Application Support Analyst who will be accountable for supporting banking applications such as Flexcube, SWIFT, MUFG Automated Payment System, FX All, and MUFG FX, along with integrated banking products. Your role is vital in bridging the business teams and the IT solutions group. Reporting to the Associate Director, IT, Application Manager.

You Will:
  • Be part of a global support team covering the IT Core banking applications, including assisting Project Managers in ongoing initiatives
  • Offer Level 2 Incident & Problem Management support by collaborating with vendors and internal support teams to resolve technical and user issues during product migration and BAU
  • Engage with vendors of financial systems regarding technical issues and enhancement coordination
  • Document IT user procedures concerning IT Change Management & business user procedures while supporting user training
  • Engage in new platform releases and testing activities to validate system changes, upgrades, and enhancements meet quality standards before deployment
  • Develop and enhance platforms to increase automation and feature utilization
  • Coordinate internally between IT functions and groups to ensure quality service delivery and resolution completion
  • Have 5+ years in a team responsible for providing analytical, technical support, and administration of business banking applications
  • Exposure and understanding of Oracle DB, Oracle SQL, Oracle Weblogic, PL/SQL, Java, SWIFT Alliance Cloud, SWIFT MicroGateway, SWIFT MX/MT messages
  • Advanced business process and business analysis knowledge, along with financial and business acumen skills
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of System Development Lifecycle and standard software development methodologies, including ITIL standards
  • Experience in creating and implementing test scripts and methodologies, as well as executing test scripts
  • Excellent technical writing and documentation skills
  • Understanding of Application & Database architecture/infrastructure setup and management
