Job Title: Creative DirectorCompany: Moment FactoryRoles and Responsibilities
  • Develop, understand, and address client and public needs
  • Establish and maintain project's creative guidelines, strategies, objectives, and priorities
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts
  • Provide guidance to Multimedia Directors and support their professional growth
  • Ensure alignment with Moment Factory's creative vision and processes
  • Facilitate information flow among project departments
  • Maintain quality control and adhere to project budget and timeline
  • Offer solutions to challenges during the creative process
  • Inspire the creative team and mentor them
  • Guide business research and development efforts
  • Participate in the hiring process
  • Demonstrate understanding of technology and visual content production
  • Effectively communicate creative ideas internally and externally
Your Journey Includes
  • Over 10 years of experience in creative direction
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Keynote
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Knowledge of various creative fields and project management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure
