Your role at Baxter:

Your team What you'll be doing
:

  • Become fully trained to service Baxter products. These include (Pre-Installation and Preventive Maintenance (PMs), Routine Maintenance (RM's), component replacement and minor cosmetic repairs.
  • Deliver and remove products as well as completes functional checks. Frequent pickup and delivery of medical equipment to customer facilities
  • Follow standard protocol and documentation to provide initial troubleshooting and/or minor repairs along with accurate documentation of repair or work performed on service work orders.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationships with various levels of internal and external customers.
  • Guide customers to give a basic product functionality overview of delivered rental products.
  • Coordinate parts ordering/shipping with the customer. Complete proper documentation for Field Service work order.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with sales, coworkers, other departments, and customers.
  • Participates in the oncall rotation coverage.
  • Follow safety and quality compliance procedures. Make sure that Safety training, meeting and medical testing requirements are kept up to date.
  • The flexibility and willingness to travel, up to 50% of a regular work week on average, including overnight travel.
  • Safely drive a 5ton box truck to various client sites

What you'll bring:

  • Diploma or Degree from a Technical, Trade School or 3+ years of experience in a technical position
  • The ability to regularly lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license with a minimum of three years current, clean drivers' abstract
  • Experience and/or willingness to learn and safely drive and operate a 5ton truck about 2024 feet in size.
  • Valid passport & visa for training and meetings to the US
