We are seeking a passionate and talented individual to join our team as an Olfactory Specialist in our new store dedicated to Flair fragrance diffusers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement in-depth knowledge of perfumes and olfactory diffusers.
- Advise customers on our products, guiding them through the sensory journey our diffusers offer.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience by sharing our company's philosophy on the emotional power of fragrances.
- Manage product demonstrations to generate interest and illustrate the unique features of each diffuser.
- Maintain a welcoming and clean store environment.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in retail or the fragrance industry would be an asset.
- Passion for the world of fragrances and understanding of associated emotions would also be an asset.
- Ability to work effectively within a dynamic team.
- Versatility to handle various tasks related to the store.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un individu passionné et talentueux pour rejoindre notre équipe en tant que Spécialiste Olfactifs au sein de notre nouvelle boutique dédiée aux diffuseurs de parfum Flair.

**Responsabilités**:

- Mettre en œuvre une connaissance approfondie des parfums et des diffuseurs olfactifs.
- Conseiller les clients sur nos produits, les guider à travers le voyage sensoriel que nos diffuseurs offrent.
- Assurer une expérience client exceptionnelle en partageant la philosophie de notre entreprise sur le pouvoir émotionnel des parfums.
- Gérer les démonstrations de produits pour susciter l'intérêt et illustrer les caractéristiques uniques de chaque diffuseur.
- Maintenir un environnement de magasin accueillant et propre.

**Exigences**:

- Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à fournir un service client exceptionnel.
- Expérience antérieure dans la vente au détail ou l'industrie des parfums serait un atout.
- Passion pour le monde des parfums et compréhension des émotions liées serait un atout également.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement au sein d'une équipe dynamique.
- Polyvalence pour gérer différentes tâches liées à la boutique.

Expected start date:

Pay: $22.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: per week

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
