Compensation and Benefits:

  • We are proud to offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package with a starting hourly wage of
    $22.50 per hour
  • All of our employees work directly for True Mechanical we promote from within and encourage future career progress.
  • True offers 8 pay levels throughout your apprenticeship and 7 levels of career progression beyond Journeyperson with defined and transparent remuneration.
  • True provides employer paid RRSP contributions for every hour worked
