Rejuvenate Cosmetic Clinic and Spa is a center that specializes in cosmetic injections like Botox, Dermal Fillers, PRP, Vampire Facial (PRP), and Belkyra, and has a full Day Spa at our Brantford location.

We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced receptionist/support person to join our wonderful growing team

This role will involve:
The Front Desk responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Providing welcoming, friendly and exceptional customer service to all of our customers
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  • Answer phones, screen and direct calls
  • Booking, confirming and rescheduling client's appointments
  • Educating client in regards to different services
  • Perform opening and closing duties as directed
  • Maintain client files accordingly
  • Social Media planning/management coordinating with spa manager with daily work, and other administrative duties as required.
  • Processing payments and receipts
  • Handle mail, courier deliveries, and distribute
  • Resolving guest challenges, utilizing support from the Spa Manager when necessary

Requirements, Skills & Abilities:
- at least 1-2 years experience in a Medispa/Front Desk setting

  • Excellent computer skills with strong knowledge of Windows based systems and Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work shifts (including evenings and weekends as required)
  • Troubleshooting skills/Problem solver
  • Great communication, excellent customer service and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain a professionalism and professional appearance
Experience in the spa industry is encouraged, but not required.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
