Sales Representative


Our sales team is growing Europena Ingredients is a fast-growing small business specializing in packaging and distribution of marinades to North American food retailers.


This role will be responsible for achieving profitable sales results, implementing sales strategies, and interacting with customers to expand existing business.

They will develop and sustain a growing business and leverage their skills by selling and delivering our products to an assigned group of retail customers at grocery stores, butcher shops, fish markets and produce departments.


Tasks include (not limited to):

  • Effectively expresses the Europena Ingredients story.
  • Services existing accounts as assigned and maintaining effective business relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities, contact potential customers.
  • Manage sales dashboard: Maintain accurate store counts, set sales rep targets, review of customer accounts.
  • Contribute to overall company drive for success and growth through sharing of sales wins and Assist with the delivery of appropriate marketing materials, unique proposals & presentations, insights, marketing opportunities, customer feedback.
  • Assists and participate in customer events and trade shows.
  • Prepare and participate in weekly/monthly meetings.

Skills and Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years of related experience in sales/customer service
  • Understanding of food/beverage/grocery industries
  • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, flexible and approachable
  • Must be independent but work well in a team

Salary:
From $65,000.00 per year
