Intuit's Pro Tax Group (PTG) Division is a leading provider of professional tax and accounting products and solutions. Through Intuit's ecosystem advantage and our flagship product, ProFile, we enable accounting professionals to run their practice from end to end.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to manage our offshore vendor partner, which consists of a retention team focused on renewing our existing customer base and an acquisition team hunting for net new customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing the offshore team's performance.

Responsibilities
  • A Player Coach for the sales team is responsible for not only participating in sales activities and meeting targets but also guiding, training and mentoring other team members to improve their sales skills and performance
  • Oversee and manage the performance of the offshore vendor partner, including both the retention and acquisition teams
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned target accounts
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
  • Work closely with the offshore teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Team Lead or similar senior sales role
  • Critical thinking and ability to define and execute on sales strategy
  • Strong communication skills with a proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
