Your Day to Day

  • Picking the oldest inventory first for order fulfilment unless otherwise instructed.
  • Stocking up inventories by receiving date, following safety protocols.
  • Remove empty boxes.
  • Perform visual quality and compatibility checks on WIPs and finished products.
  • Verify correct firmware versions for the order and ensure order quantity and items match sales order. Assemble, pair, packaging and packing orders for shipment on a timely basis. Prepare packing list. Label shipping boxes as per established procedures.
  • Report discrepancies and/or unusual inventory quantity.
  • Inspect tools (i.e. screw driver, screw feeder, balance etc) and report issues to technical leader and/or team leaders.
  • Assist other team members to move boxes from time to time.
  • Maintain workstation and work environment tidy and clean.
  • Other duties as assigned

Work Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. Occasional overtime as required.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to lift 25 lbs boxes and to walk, climb, bend, pull and push equipment and descend stairs

**Votre quotidien

  • Appliquer les principes FIFO en stockant les entrées et sorties d'inventaire
  • Prélever d'abord les stocks les plus anciens pour l'exécution des commandes, sauf instructions contraires.
  • Réapprovisionner les stocks en fonction de la date de réception, en respectant les protocoles de sécurité.
  • Retirer les boîtes vides.
  • Effectuer des contrôles visuels de qualité et de compatibilité sur les stocks et les produits finis.
  • Vérifier les versions correctes des micrologiciels pour la commande et s'assurer que la quantité et les articles commandés correspondent au bon de commande. Assembler, jumeler, emballer et conditionner les commandes en vue de leur expédition dans les délais impartis. Préparer la liste d'emballage. Étiqueter les boîtes d'expédition conformément aux procédures établies.
  • Signale les écarts et/ou les quantités inhabituelles en stock.
  • Inspecte les outils (tournevis, chargeur de vis, balance, etc.) et signale les problèmes au responsable technique et/ou aux chefs d'équipe.
  • Aider les autres membres de l'équipe à déplacer les boîtes de temps en temps.
  • Maintenir le poste de travail et l'environnement de travail propres et ordonnés.
  • D'autres tâches lui sont confiées.

Horaires de travail :
Du lundi au vendredi de 8h30 à 16h30. Heures supplémentaires occasionnelles selon les besoins.

Compétences requises

  • Capacité de soulever des boîtes de 25 livres et de marcher, de grimper, de se pencher, de tirer et de pousser de l'équipement et de descendre des escaliers.
