Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Technician to join our team. The QA Technician will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products through various testing methods and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality inspections on products to ensure they meet company standards
  • Perform data collection and analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Fabricate and calibrate testing equipment as needed
  • Collaborate with the Quality Control team to maintain quality assurance standards
  • Utilize calipers and other measuring tools for precise measurements
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems
  • Coordinate with certifying body and CFIA in an even of a recall
  • Maintain the master list of documents and update the change log as needed
  • Supervise to ensure compliance to GMP's and operational procedures
  • Verify product attributes, labels, external lab reports
  • Complete records as required for each task
  • Member of HACCP team
  • Member of Recall team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Quality Control or a related field
  • Strong ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Knowledge of QA/QC processes and procedures
  • Proficiency in quality inspection techniques
  • Familiarity with calipers and other measurement tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay:
$21.00-$24.00 per hour
