- Le CIUSSS de l'Ouest-de-l'Île-de-Montréal est présentement à la recherche d'un(e) psychologue pour combler un poste permanent à temps complet à la Clinique externe pour blessures liées au stress opérationnel de l'Hôpital Sainte-Anne, à Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue.
- Le traumatisme lié au stress opérationnel est un terme non clinique incluant le syndrome de stress post-traumatique sans toutefois s'y limiter. Il englobe tout problème psychologique persistant résultant d'un service exécuté à titre de membre des Forces canadiennes ou de la Gendarmerie Royale du Canada (GRC). Il comprend une vaste gamme de problèmes tels que les troubles anxieux, de l'humeur ou liés à la consommation de substances. Pouvant s'ajouter à des blessures et symptômes physiques comme des perturbations du sommeil et de la douleur, les TSO sont associés à une détresse significative et à un niveau fonctionnel altéré. Les traumatismes liés au stress opérationnel entraînent aussi des dommages collatéraux tels que des problèmes familiaux, des problèmes comportementaux chez les enfants, de l'épuisement et l'usure de compassion des proches aidants, etc.
- La clinique externe dessert les usagers qui ont des rendez-vous réguliers avec les professionnels de l'équipe interdisciplinaire, mais qui continuent à vivre au sein de la communauté. Elle offre des services d'évaluation, de traitements (pharmacologiques, psychologiques, psychoéducatifs, etc.) et de suivi, avec une approche fondée sur la gestion de cas.
- À titre de psychologue spécialisé(e) dans le traitement des TSO, vous serez appelé(e) à:
- Évaluer l'état et le fonctionnement psychologique de l'usager à l'aide d'entrevues individuelles structurées et d'instruments psychométriques standardisés;
- Déterminer ou confirmer la présence de psychopathologies, en préciser la nature et le degré de sévérité;
- Déterminer les objectifs de réadaptation et de maintien des acquis de la personne et les prioriser;
- Concevoir et rédiger, en fonction des objectifs et priorités identifiés, les étapes d'un plan d'intervention psychologique;
- Définir la nature des interventions et traitements à puiser dans l'offre de soins et services interdisciplinaires;
- Proposer le plan d'intervention à la personne, en discuter et l'adapter pour une stratégie concertée;
- Offrir de la thérapie individuelle et de groupe en mobilisant des approches et méthodes appuyées par la science;
- Agir à titre de personne-ressource dans votre champ d'expertise auprès de vos collègues de l'équipe interdisciplinaire;
- Participer à la supervision des stagiaires en psychologie et à l'orientation du nouveau personnel;
- Participer au développement et à l'amélioration continue de l'offre de soins et services, des pratiques et outils.
