Department Overview


The Process Improvement and Transformation team is accountable for rethinking, designing and transforming processes and service excellence aligned to the Bank's overall strategy.

Our professionals use Six Sigma and Business Process Reengineering for radical redesign to achieve improvements in critical measures of performance, such as cost, quality, service and speed.

We are committed for continuous process improvement to help leaders drive business growth by demonstrating various techniques to monitor performance and identify areas of waste and opportunities for improvement.


Are you interested in leading and overseeing a team of process improvement experts with accountability for delivering on a broad range of projects, varying in risk, size and complexity, while aligning to business strategies? We are looking for someone for the position of
Manager, Process Transformation to educate and create awareness of Process Improvement and Transformation methodologies across the Bank.


Furthermore, you in this role is expected to:

  • Support Process Optimization & Journeys team prioritize and understand key stakeholders, know where projects are, deliver resources, and know how to action items that come out of various meetings
  • Support POJ by analyzing data and helping to produce specialized reporting packages for program and business leaders across journeys and platforms
  • Collaborate with Sr Mgr Process Transformation to facilitate a smooth transition into steady state (e.g. ongoing processes exist, viable workarounds identified for any defects, handover of ownership)
  • Leverage scale and expertise to deliver better business outcomes and own the items to be solved list for weekly standups pointed at solving gaps to ensure projects pods can move with speed
  • Understand department objectives and contribute by recommending appropriate action to management based on analysis and review of results within assigned scope.
  • Support the development and implementation of a transformation journey
  • Analyze data to identify macrolevel themes and insights which may help inform the program's change approach
  • Contribute to various operational activities (e.g. report production, JIRA, system queries, process mapping, tracking, analysis and procedural support, premises, onboarding, benefit reporting).
  • Remain informed of emerging issues, industry trends and/or relevant changes.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with partners and team members
  • Keep others informed and up to date about the status/progress of delivery and/or all relevant or useful information related to daytoday activities.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment that contributes to team goals and promote teamwork
  • Solve or lead others to solve complex problems; lead efforts or partner with others to develop new solutions.
  • Use sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify solutions.
  • Sound knowledge of escalation processes and ensuring timely communication of issues to the appropriate channels
